Kamil Baranek (@kamilbaranek_) is a 49-year-old marketer from Prague, a 9-to-5 marketing guy and agency owner who codes on the side. His account has one subject, and it is the account. The header is a bar chart of follower goals (1,000 done, 3,000 next, 5,000 and beyond), the bio is a growth scoreboard ("1K in 7 days, achieved"), and the pinned promise is "helping my followers to grow." This is our independent read of how it behaves, in numbers. He did not write it, and it is not something he can change by claiming a product.
The play is the growth grind, run about as hard as it gets. Around ten posts a day, more than a third of them questions: follower milestones, roll-call and "let's connect" threads, growth challenges where his followers compete and he coaches the winners, and genuinely sharp marketing takes. Then the outreach, which is where the volume really lives: roughly two hundred replies a day, documented follow-back waves, and a Grok automation he wrote to hunt down accounts posting "let's connect." He is transparent to the point of narrating his own rate-limit jail. It has worked, in the narrow sense: he went from 224 followers to over 1,700 in about two weeks.
Here is what makes him the sharpest case in this directory rather than just another grinder: he is a marketer, and he knows better. This is a man who posts "distribution is not value", "reach without reaction is just noise the algorithm briefly amplified", and "your avatar is one person with a name, a job, a problem and a budget", and who is, at the same time, pouring everything into the one number those lessons say does not matter. And he feels it. He posted, unprompted, "13 days, ~1,400 followers, still no clue how to be useful", and "are you following for my work, or because I'll follow back?". That is the whole thesis of this site said out loud by someone living the counter-example. There is no product at the end of the machine, no offer being sold on X, his agency and a Czech invoicing SaaS sit quietly off to the side while the account chases the metric. Put him next to Leo, who has the engine and no product, and Aapakari, who has the followers and no reach: Kamil is the version who has the skill to know it is hollow and does it anyway. The follower count is not the business. He is the most self-aware proof of it here. The plays are in the panel.

10/ day
Growth meta and engagement-bait: follower-milestone updates, 'let's connect' and roll-call threads, growth challenges, and sharp marketing takes. About 10 a day, over a third of them questions.
Commenting
208/ day
Cold outreach and reply grinding: around 208 replies a day to hundreds of accounts, plus documented follow-back waves and a Grok automation that hunts 'let's connect' accounts. He hits X's rate limits regularly.
- The account is a follower-count machine: 224 to over 1,700 in about two weeks by his own posts, via daily cold outreach, follow-backs, and 'help me hit 1K' challenges.
- He is a marketer and knows the theory ('distribution is not value', 'reach without reaction is just noise', build for one named avatar), which makes the follower chase a strange thing to watch him run.
- He keeps hitting the void himself: '13 days, ~1,400 followers, still no clue how to be useful', and 'are you following for my work, or because I'll follow back?'. No product is sold on X; his marketing agency and a Czech invoicing SaaS sit off to the side.
